While reminiscing on my childhood playing in the snow, I wanted to create a piece that strikes the sense of nostalgia in all of us.
“Up in the Clouds” is one of my new art pieces available right now on eBay. I used acrylic paint, plaster, saw dust and glitter to create this on a 5″ x 7″ MDF board. I wanted to depict the beauty of cloud formations during a sunset, but with my own twist.

My inspiration was to make a piece that would create a sense of calm and peacefulness to the observer. Using soft colors and a unique pattern, I feel this piece emits a sense of tranquility that I think we all are in need of.
